You upgraded me to the total gym fit. I LOVE IT. Been using is this week for the first time due to an injury I had.

It’s not very easy to set it up alone. I had to get my hubby to come upstairs and assist. It’s easy to use. Easy to add and subtract the parts. It’s just the initial setup.

I absolutely love my machine. I had lost 101 lbs on my own then I had surgery the gastric bypass, and I’m down 47 lbs in 3 months total 148 now with this machine I’m strengthening up what needs to be. Within the first few times I knew I didn’t need my 30 day trial it was not going back.

Awesome Surprise!

As a former competitive power lifter I was apprehensive about how it could help me. It has been a tremendous surprise! It has allowed me, in my post competitive years, to stay in shape and get an awesome concentrated workout. I recommend this to everybody!

I love the total gym. I use it every other day with the beginners exercises. Hopefully it will get me to my goals!

I started using the total gym in the mid 89’s and loved it then, and with all the improvements, it’s even better.

Excellent Machine for Seniors

My Physical Therapists have 2 Total Gyms in their gym. Once I tried theirs, I had to have one of my own. Very stable and easy to use.

I had been thinking of getting The Total Gym for years. I'm SO glad i finally did it!! Best decision I've made in a long time. It stays out, ready to use all the time.... and my husband and i use it daily!! I see the results already!!

Great buy

So far it has exceeded expectations both for myself and my wife. Still have not accessed on on-line studio but I am looking forward to using that once we become more familiar w/ the machine. With multiple rotator surgeries, knee replacement and surgeries, definitely friendly on repairs while still gaining a great workout.

Best purchase I have ever made! Exercising is fun to me now and the results are amazing! I've had the machine a little over 3 weeks and have already gone down a pant size!! Highly highly recommend

Back In Shape

I have only had by Total Gym for a few weeks but love the ease of exercising. Just a few times of exercising my upper body and I could feel the difference. I am looking forward to a regular exercising routine in the near future.

So easy, I forget I am working out

So far I love it. I am learning so many things about getting even the pesky muscles to work. I sometimes stop and feel like I am not even trying it is that easy.
