Best work out I've had in many years and it's easy on my joints

Big changes for 20 minutes

Been working out a little over a month now 6 to 7 days a week. I have lost over 20 lbs of fat. I am amazed at the changes that working 20 minutes a day on my Total Gym have made to my body.

Best purchase

I love love love my total gym!!!! After only three weeks I have lost inches! Easy to use cards and TV are to blame. Best purchase I have made in a very long time. The ad on ab crunch is amazing, never going to do floor sit ups again or go to a gym, back and neck saver. Very low impact with amazing results.

Great exerciser

Very good work out machine, had a total gym before and sold it as it was very weak, but this one is great. I am over two hundred pounds.

Good exercise machine to create a routine

It takes some getting used to, but I think it's valuable in terms of strength training.

Reconciliation of old Friend

It's like reconciliation of an old friend its been some years ago when I first bought a Total Gym. It help me start my journey in pursuit of becoming a healthy person but I got distracted and didn't complete my journey drifted backwards. Years later I'm back focused and reconcile with a New Total Gym and a more dedicated directional journey

If you are older and need to build your core

I am so happy that I ordered this. I have to have knee surgery in August. This is going to help me build my core for it.

Life changing

As a busy mom with 3 young children and a full time job, making it to the gym was incredibly hard. With the Total Gym, I can work out when ever I have a few minutes of extra time or after my kiddos go to sleep. I can't believe I waited so long to purchase one. Best decision!

Versatility.

Love the flexibility of choice and difficulty levels with the XLS. I am a beginner. Looking forward to using it for a long time to come.

Outstanding for weight loss and conditioning

This is an upgrade from an earlier model I had for many years. It gives the body a very full range of resistance exercise and a useful level of aerobic conditioning. I get good results with no regrets about using these machines, and the back is stabilized very well with a large number of exercises.

No more gym membership!

It's awesome! I can do nearly everything I could with a gym membership, and more! I especially love being able to easily move from one exercise to the next without taking too much time, thus keeping my heart rate up.

I had shoulder surgery about 6 months ago. Bought my total gym to get in shape and build the muscles up in my arms and shoulders. Thanks total gym. I love it! So easy to use.

I have known about this machine for many years from all the Chuck Norris ads and commercials...however, i was always skeptical being a "free weights" only guy for my whole life. That being said, im 47 now and hitting the gym like i did in my younger years, and before injuries to my shoulders and knees made me rethink things. Sudden Solution

My wife and I were checking out our TV and by chance saw an ad for TotalGym. We had been looking for a home gym for a long time and after watching the ad for maybe a minute decided to purchase.
