Best straight edge ever.

Needed away to cut straight edges on paneling and other 4' pieces of lumber. This is the tool that does it. And such a time saver.

Perfect square

This straight edge guide works great to give you a perfectly straight cut with a circular saw. I am able to rip a half sheet of plywood with ease and have a straight cut. This edge is also light weight and easy to use. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of storage. It should have a hole or something so it can be hung on the wall etc. But all in all a great product.

Easy and works fine the C Clamps work good and don't interfere with the saw when cutting and the price is right also will cost half of the other options in the market.

A very great and easy tool for cutting 4 x 8 sheets. I did not use the clamps that came with it, I use quick clamps. And it is the least expensive guide I could find.

Works Great/Ease of Use

I bought this to trim some doors with my circular saw, but have been using it for pretty much everything now. The only downfall that I have noticed is the size of the clamps. Most things can fit, but there a select few that are just out of range.

Nice straight edge, terrible saw guide

Bought this hoping to use it to rip sheet goods with my circular saw. Optimistically, I clamped the guide in the proper location and started my saw. Only about 12in. into my cut the blade started binding. When I inspected the cut, the guide had already flexed out of position and the cut was curving. To use this effectively, you must brace the center (and more?) with a clamped block, nails, or something else. From now on, will only use this to scribe, carefully, long straight lines and go back to...

Excellent Tool

Given this for a birthday by my son who new I would be starting a siding project. This is probably the best cutting aid that I’ve ever had and I have been a do it yourself carpenter for 40 years. So far only used with circular saw cutting panels to length, width and cutting tops to roof pitch. Perfect.
