Fantastic

Replaced old toilets and needed an adapter for the piping. These are great and very versatile.

Did the job

Original flange was cracked. Couldn't replace it as it was glued to drain pipe. This part was perfect to repair. Holds toilet quite well.

Mom fixed it

This product was so easy to use. Was fast to install and fixed the problem of toilet rocking. Best of all I was able to do it myself.

Secured my toilet

This worked well to re-secure my wobbly toilet. I had to replace some of the subflooring in my bathroom and needed to cut a hole for the toilet drain ... my hole wasn't perfectly round so the flange could not attach to the floor, this anchor flange's tabs reached the flooring and attached just fine.

After the plastic flange broke on the original base I used this metal flange. Easy install with no clearance problems. Toilet no longer wobbles.

Toilet flange repair item

Over-tightening toilet bowl bolts broke the existing plastic floor flange. The subject item was the best alternative to removing the plastic flange (a very tough job), but requires drilling four deep holes into concrete. I'm confident this won't easily break.

Fix it right flange

In my bathroom remodel I was surprised to find the toilet flange was rusted out. My Lowe’s solved my problem with this new flange that mounts over the old one. Following the instructions, I squared it up to the wall where the mounting bolts were anchored at 3 and 9 o’clock to the back wall. I put a liberal amount of silicone adhesive to the new flange and centerfire the opening to the old flange, then mounted the flange to the floor. Works perfect with no leaks.

Bad product

It may be named "Superior", but in reality it is Inferior! The flange bent and would not secure the commode.

Saves money

It does repair the broken toliet flange, but I wish it was stamped from the next thicker gauge steel and had narrower slots for the toliet hold down bolts. I felt compelled to use washers to feel that the bolts wouldn't pull thru the flange.j

Great idea.

My old flange was rusted and broke when removing the old toilet. This is a quick and easy fix. Just make sure the peice fits the whole way under the replacement toilet. I had to grind down the outside corners so it would seat properly.

Worked many times

I've repaired many broken toilet floor flange problems with this repair flange. Plenty of screw holes for wood or concrete screws to secure this flange to floor; only twice have I had to use other types: once when slim toilet's base didn't accommodate size of flange without raising toilet off floor, and another time when concrete floor had deteriorated around 3" waste line.... nonetheless, great product!

Didn't Fit

This ring was soppose to fit over the pipe after I removed the old metal ring. It did not. I found another ring at a local store that was split in half and adjusted to the right size for my repair.

Solid idea, but not often practical

This is a solid idea made from thick steel and well coated. Fits over the broken plastic flanges such that the slots match up well with the damaged slot. Problem with this design are the four tabs that are for screwing to the subfloor. They are a great idea such that you can get strong screws into more solid subfloor as most times there is rot around the stool. But, those same flanges, in many cases (3 out of 5 for me), do not fit under the stool rim making it impossible to solidly secure the s...
