What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this toilet flange repair product as a reliable, cost-effective solution for fixing broken, rusted, or crumbling flanges without full replacement. Most report it instantly eliminates wobbling, creates a rock-solid mount, and resolves leaks on damaged PVC or cast iron flanges. Installation is quick and easy with basic tools. Reviewers consistently highlight how it transforms unstable toilets into secure fixtures while avoiding costly floor demolition or professional help. A few note fit issues on deeply recessed flanges or isolated cases of cracking, but the vast majority confirm it performs as intended for its purpose.

Would RecommendWas fortunate to find this when the groove for my closet bolts rusted out and broke. After pulling the toilet and realizing I couldn't use the existing flange I then discovered it was tiled in place and I couldn't even get to the screws holding it in place. Finding this at lowes solved my problem as it bolted to the tile floor and fits snuggly on the old flange. Combined with the reinforced wax ring with the rubber extension I was able to reset the toilet securely and with no leaks.

DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOTPRINT FIRST...
Would RecommendThis product would have been great, had I checked the footprint of my toilet FIRST! Its concept is awesome, as I did have leakage below the existing flange, so bringing the securing pattern away from that is wonderful. So I got the concrete bit, I got the tapcons. Oh yeah, I am nailing this process, so easy....put the toilet on the wax seal....AAAAHHHHHHH, footprint of toilet hits the newly installed flange...not their fault my own...so I don’t give a bad review, I give a cautionary tale...CHECK...
Fixed my broken flange
Would RecommendI broke my plastic flange with one of the lifetime toilet rings. So I found this at lowes. It fit right over my old broken flange and I screwed it to the floor. Put some silicone around where the mount and flange met. Put a heavy duty wax ring down and it all worked great.
Great ring to seal to broken part
Would RecommendReally easy to use and affordable also!!

better than ripping out the existing flange
Would RecommendIf you have the space to add 1/8" of height to your closet flange..this solves the issue I had with busted plastic on the closet bolts bolting the toilet to the floor.

Toilet Fix !
Would RecommendWhile having to replace a toilet for a customer, I discovered quite a mess (sic), the original installation was poorly done. The base fixture was broken. See photo. This anchor flange fixed the problem. Great product !

Does what it's designed to do
Would RecommendScrew holes could be just a little smaller. I had a hard time finding screws with heads large enough to grip the flange without being too large overall. I elected to use washers to do the job.

Fixed toilet phalange
Would RecommendThis did the job as my old phalange was broke. With new phalange and four long screws I was able to hold the toilet down.
