Bad situation turned good

Thought I was in for a lot of work but this product turned it into an easy fix.

Did exactly what it was designed to do.

There really is not too much to say about it. I had a cracked flange and did not want to go through the hassle of replacing it(lazy I know). I put this over top of the flange, secured it and installed the toilet. Everything worked perfectly, no leaks and no hassle.

Sturdy

Installed this in a house I did some bathroom repairs to and it really firmed up the toilet rocking issue. With the screws on the outside it was easy to install without the original flange getting in the way.

Excellent solution to replacing old flange!

I recently replaced a toilet for a friend, In removing the old toilet, I noticed that the old floor flange was crumbling and the old part left was not coming out. This flange fit over the old one and had enough screw holes so I could get a good "bite" into the floor. Then it was just a matter of putting the new toilet in place. Job done!

Worked great

Used this flange to save a toilet that was failing due to movement and creating leaks. For what ever reason water had been leaking around the base of this toilet for a while. This handy flange allowed me to secure the toilet flange to solid floor with anchors to stop the wobble and properly seal the new unit Had it not been for this flange I would have been forced to replace a section of flooring and remove/replace soil waste pipe and flange.

This thing worked great. The existing flange was broken and cracked. Just mounted this flange over top of the existing flange and remounted the toilet. Toilet is now very secure and ready for use by my heavy duty clients.

This product really saved the day ! During a recent project I which I was installing luxury vinyl planks in a small bathroom floor, I discovered that the existing toilet mounting flange was corroded and no longer useable. Once I installed this item, the flange was a good as new and allowed for a very secure re-installation of the toilet. Highly recommend !!

No More Rocking and Rolling!

Worked great screwed directly to the decking and corrected for a broken plastic mounting ring.

Worked great. Had a little punk wood around an old cast flange. Was able to use this to get to solid wood.

No floor

I thought this item would help but need to replace floor..had nothing to screw to.

Repair Toilet Flange

This metal toilet flange repair plate works great when fixing a damaged pvc flange. It eliminates having to totally replace the original pvc flange.

Toilet Anchor got the job done.

My toilet was leaking. The toilet lifted right up which I knew meant the base had broken and the anchor flange meant I didn’t have to pull the old base out. Just drew in a couple screws and the problem was fixed in moments.

Great idea and a great value

Was easy to install and worked great with a resettable bowl seal. It did have to have anchors installed in the concrete in order for it to line up and work properly.

Probably a good product

This is probably a good product, but didn't work to replace my cracked toilet pvc flange. I ended up finding a different product from Home Depot that worked better. It covered up more of the flange and wrapped around the edges. I see this one as a more universal fit, but it was not sufficiently universal to work for my application. I now have a very messy wax covered Superior Toilet Anchor Flange which probably has no further use in the foreseeable future.
