Was hesitant to buy, but I am so glad I did, if you are on the fence, buy it, you will be glad you did. I have bad knees and was worried, no issues at all. Definitely a full body workout.

I absolutely love it!! I am old n out of shape so I don't stay on it long but I do 25-50 reps on it then get off for a while. All totalled I am on it about 5-6 times a day. I can feel the muscle burn. Very wise purchase and it wasn't overly expensive. Highly recommend this product.
