I absolutely am in love with it! Taking it slow, using no bands 1st week or two. I lost my husband 7 years ago and I lost taking care of me. I gained 30lbs. Covid didn’t help either. My thighs and butt needed this. Treadmill isn’t alone going to do what I feel in my legs, thighs , butt, and arms. Haven’t downloaded yet program you sent me yesterday. It took me a month to order cause I wasn’t sure. I can diet , but I needed this to tone all that flab! No nice way to say it !!!!LOL.. Thank You!!! ...

This is such a fun
This is such a fun little machine! You can feel the burn after about three sets of 10 reps. I am physically unable to walk to exercise due to neuropathy but this machine makes exercising fun!!!!
