Offering a great workout in a small space
I received my upright rower promptly. Easy to assemble. I have sent an inquiry into how I adjust for the three different angles as my husband can only go to 90 degrees because of his knees, while I can go to a deeper angle. I hope I receive the response soon. Otherwise, the upright rower feels sturdy and as I tested it out after I assembled it - I can tell I'm going to get a great workout.

It was stiff to put
It was stiff to put together but managed to get it done in 20 minutes. Worked great the first 2 uses but now has a very loud squeak with every row, even though adjustments were made to the screws & WD40 was applied. Hoping to lose the squeak with continual use.

I love my new sit
I love my new sit and ride rower. It is way better than i expected. And is easy to store. I can feel the workout every time. Well worth the money.

Great machine —great value!
It arrived partially assembled, so final assembly was fast and was— instruction is solid and it folds so I can Prop it in a corner when I am done. The resistance is great. I definitely feel like I am getting a workout for my legs, hips, glutes and arms.

Feeling good
I’m in my sixties and this machine keeps me moving without any added stress to my back. Im starting slowly and with only slight tension, but I can see myself getting stronger, and I can’t wait to see my body looking more tone in a few months. I’m really enjoying it. Good investment for the money.
