This little machine may look deceiving but it delivers quite an amazingly effective work out. I've had it now for a month and use it up to 40 mins every other day and I not only see a difference in my quads and glutes but I feel better, and have more energy after i've used it. Its a real workout! At first I could barely do 20 mins with no tension bands, im up to 40 mins on the lowest band (22lbs). Awesome workout. The resistance bands will make it even more challenging one I'm able to add them. I can barely do 5 mins of exercise at the moment lol. Have to work my way up but it definitely works your body all over.

This machine was easy to put together. Doesn’t take up too much space and easy to use. I’ve had it officially for a week now and the work outs are getting better and easier. Used for 5 days in a row and I noticed a change in flexibility already. I used it for 10 minutes a day only and while watching YouTube to keep my mind occupied.
