Worst product ive ever owned
Would Not RecommendEverytime I try to reel up my hose it gets stuck constantly, every 3 seconds I need to get the hose unstuck, it requires maximum effort to reel it in no matter how many times I fix it. Easily the worst and most frustrating product ive ever owned in my entire life. $100+ piece of crap. I need a refund for this waste of time but im sure im just out of the return window.
This hose reel is very well built and designed. Its weight is just enough to keep the reel and hose from moving around when rewinding or unwinding, and yet be able to lift it to move it. The hose guide automatically moves the hose when rewinding to allow efficient scrolling on the internal wheel. I'm very happy with this purchase

Check swivel connector before purchasing
Would Not RecommendThe swivel end that connects to the faucet does not have a ridge on it so it cannot seal against the gasket. Leaks no matter how much the swivel connector is tightened. Other Zero-G hoses I have work great.
