Half way through the can, not the nozzle, clogged.

Disappointed

I think Spot Shot is a great stain remover. However, this is the 2nd can I’ve bought that quits spraying halfway through the can.

Love the cleaner, hate the can

I am a loyal user of Spot Shot for pet messes. It always does the job. However, the last few cans we have bought, have stopped spraying with still 1/3 of the product left in the can. It is very wasteful and I don't like spending money on a product that I am not able to use. Not sure if the can manufacturer has changed, but Spot Shot should definitely find out what is going on with this spray.

Two cans stopped spraying!

I have successfully used this product in the past. Recently I bought a can for my home and one for my daughter's home. Both have stopped spraying! I Googled ways to fix the problem and none work. I am really upset that I paid all of this money for an inferior product.

It works until bottle is half way full!

I bought this a while ago and it works good but the tip of it either breaks or stops working after the bottle is half way full.

Stops spraying after half a can

I am not happy that I can only use Spot Shot for half a can Just a waste of money. It just won't spray anymore

2+ years and they still can’t make the can right

Great product maybe the best out there but not worth it if you can use it! Several years and complaints and odds are you still get a can and it won’t work. 1/3 cans don’t work. No one uses this for fun. You use it for an emergency and if your dog pukes because she is scared of a hurricane you are just screwed. Unreliable product. Disappointing.

Cans Don’t Spray

I have a new puppy so I bought several cans of Spot Shot because it works so well. However, every can stops working with over half of the can left. This product is not cheap. I can’t afford to just throw it away, so I won’t be buying any more.

Works great - nozzle not so much.

I have been buying this product for years and it works - however, 50% of the time the nozzle fails when there is so much more product inside. This has happened so often Others must be experiencing also! The spray isn’t cheap and what am I suppose to do with the collection of half used cans cause the nozzle has failed?! Time to step up your packaging standards.

Waste of $ because sprayer stops working...

Like others have said...I have had to throw out numerous cans because of the sprayer not working...happens constantly. I will try again every now and then hoping they have fixed the problem but no luck!!! It is great IF it works. Very upset!!!

Aerosol cans all have problems working

The product works miracles, no doubt, but the cans do not spray past 1/2 the can. I have 3 cans and have tried everything I can think of to get them to spray again. I had no idea it came in a pump action model but that is the trick. This product rocks any stain you have, I have used it for years.

Nozzle clogs

Great product but recently, nozzles get clogged quickly. Doesn’t matter how great it is if I can’t use it.

Nozzle malfunction

I have used this product for years and loved it. The last 3 cans I have bought either stopped being able to spray or didn't work from the beginning. I am very disappointed.

Product works but the aerosol cans are useless!

I have used this a few times and the product works well but the cans are absolutely terrible. This product isn't worth using until the cans work properly. Nothing like having a half full can and being unable to use it. This really upsets me off!

Aerosol Stops Working

I love this product but the last two cans I purchased stopped spraying after a couple of uses, I won’t buy this anymore.

Can't use the entire can

So far i have purchased 3 cans. It works great for the first time and then I cannot get the nozzle to spray. I've followed the directions, I've had other persons try also with no luck. It is a good product when you can get it out of the can, but pretty expensive if you can only get 2 uses.

I had to throw out three cans in a row. They were all at least half full or more, but the nozzle stopped working

Spray can won’t spray

Love the product, but spray can stops spraying with well over half the product left in can. You need to address this. To date no solutions on your website.

won’t spray even when can is full

not sure why they’re even allowed to sell this product, it’s a scam. i barely used it once and i thought it did remove the stain pretty well but when i tried to use it again (mind you it was still almost ALL the way full, i barely used any on a small spot) it won’t even spray! i followed all of the directions and nothing works, i don’t recommend buying this, it’s 2020 and their can/nozzle is still defective, huge waste of money. Nozzle Clogs & Red Mark Vanishes

I’ve been using this product for decades and love it with two exceptions. The first is that the nozzle always stops working before half a can is finished and the second is that the red mark that you’re supposed to line the nozzle up with disappears after a few uses.
