1/2 cans worth

I now have 3 cans of 1/2 used product. Same thing happened to all 3. After using it multiple times (which it works great) all of a sudden it stops working- the nozzle is still pointing to the mark on product, the can is held upright- something needs to be tweaked.

Spot shot works great

Love the product but quit working before product was used up. I called customer service as was given information about how to get the most from the can and was told will issue me a coupon to repurchase the product. Great customer service and hopefully I won’t experience the same issue.

The spray can itself sucks

I like this product, it does a great job on stains but I just through out ANOTHER half used can because the spray unit is faulty, This has happened several times and does not seem to be improving. It’s not just the angle of spraying, it won’t spray after half of the can is gone. I would not write a review for one faulty can but it’s happened several times. It’s too bad because it is a decent product but you can’t use it all

Poor product design

I thought I was going Crazy!!! The product worked great the first half of the bottle. Went to go use it again and it won't work?! So I read the back were it says to line up the arrow on the nossel with the ink dot on the rim of can. THERE IS NO INK DOT!!! So I Google it and find all of the negative reviews that the can runs out of compressed air half way through!!! No wonder it's not working!! So frustrating.

Amazing results

We found this product thought we’d try it and omg it works great. Takes all kinds of stains out we hardly any effort.

Ongoing problem...spray can

The faulty spray can problem must be well known to WD-40. Surely they have engineers who can figure out how to get the entire product out of the can! To put a disclosure about the arrow/60% tilt actually on the can tells me the company is aware. Such a hazard to have half a can full of aerosol go into the landfills! I'd be interested in knowing how much money I've wasted over the years on half-filled cans...maybe that's the idea? This cleaner is so good otherwise, it's a shame something is ...

Removes oil stains

I discovered that this not only works on the carpet BUT it works on oil/grease stains! Washed hubby’s sweatshirt that had chain saw oil all over and my stain/ grease remover didn’t work. Tried again with Spot Shot and no more oil stains!

Love this Spot shot

If you have pets or any tough stains, this product is the best out there. It cleans up my dogs throw up spots. I’ve tried resolve, nothing is as good as spot shot. My dog has a sensitive stomach. Great carpet cleaner.

What have you done???

I have loved this spot remover for years but the last two aerosol cans spray all over the place ... walls, baseboards, furniture ... Whatever you have done, PLEASE go back to packaging that has a controlled nozzle!

Horrible - ruined my carpet!

Used on a few stains, following instructions and ended up with a bunch of "pink stains" that all professional cleaners refuse to treat as they say these stains can not be removed!!

Spot Shot can shot down

The Product itself works great... If you can get the spray from The can to work. After having 3 cans fail after 1 or 2 uses, I'm at wits end. The nozzle is NOT clogged. Even taking that off, you still cannot get any product out of the can.

Great Product if You Can Get it Out of the Can

That’s twice now I bought the aerosol cans of SpotShot only to have the valve quit working before the can was even a quarter of the way used, rendering the product useless. I’m moving out of my apartment and waited til everything was out before spot cleaning the carpets only to have one of the aerosol cans I bought just sputter and then...nothing! No problem, I had another one on hand, only to have the same thing happen! Had to toss two nearly full cans. What a waste of hard-earned money! H...

Poor for second use.

This is the second can I've bought that wasn't useable after the first use. It still feels very full, but will not spray. I followed all the directions precisely. I live in Florida--the temperature is not below 40 degrees.

Spot shot

Have been using it for years, but, most time a half full can does not work.Not fare, the price is right but, when a new can has to be purchased because it's half full and does not work, it has to be the can they are making.

Great product but...

I absolutely love this product but the last 4 cans that I have purchased, the aerosol sprayer gives out with half the product left in the can. I have tried to remove it, run it under hot water etc.. no luck. I don’t mind the price for the can but not for half the product! I will have to find another product equally as good. Very disappointed!

RUNS OUT OF PROPELLANT

This is my third can of Spot Shot that has run out of propellant. Will NOT purchase again. A really good cleaner and I have used this for years but I’m forced to find a replacement.

Great product, but ...

I have used this product for years and have been satisfied with the results. However, my consistent complaint is that the delivery system stops working when the can is 1/2 to 3/4 full. Of the last three cans I purchased, I fully expended one can and the other two cans were 1/2 and 3/4 full when they stopped working.
