Nozzle is bad

Spot Shot is a good product. I've bought this product several times, and when it's half full the nozzle doesn't work. The instructions on the can says that the nozzle must be aligned with the ink dot on the can rim. There is No dot on the can rim. Please redesign this can for maximum use.

Fine product but aerosol fails.

I've purchased and used the can in the past with no problems, but the last two cans have not worked properly and there is no way to contact the company. I found this review option and am hoping it generates a solution. The cans are new and by the 3rd use it won't spray, just a trickle of liquid comes out.

Works great if you can get it out of the can!

Not even half way through and it won't spray anymore! Too expensive to have to throw out half of it! This has happened to me more than once. I would really like a refund or replacement since this is such a common problem!

Can does not spray for whole can

Can only use about 1/2 the can then will not spray for last several cans I bought. Too expensive to only be able to use half of the can .

Nozzle clogs and will not apray

Love the product have always purchased it but last two cans the nozzle clogged up and stopped working about half way through the can. Had to throw away.

Stops spraying with half the can left

This product works but you never get more than half the can before it stops spraying. Used to be my go to product but will not be purchasing in the future.

Easy and convenient

I have a 14 year old cat named Garfield. He's getting old and sometimes has accidents on my carpet. Spot Shot in the convenient spray can be the perfect solution. My problem is the spray doesn't always work. Sometimes it stops spraying on the full can or sometimes it's parcelly empty. That can be very frustrating.

Stops Spraying

This is great spot remover but the last two cans stopped spraying with over half the product left in the can. Very frustrating!

UNBELIEVABLE!!

I split "ColorStay" makeup on my carpet floor mat in my car. It spilled a LOT. Almost half the bottle. I blotted it up best I could but a large stain that was very visible was there for a year and a half. When I decided to sell the car I thought I would try to get the stain out. I purchased this not knowing anything about it. It removed ALL of the stain. Not one spot was left. It looked brand new. I've used it ever since and even for pet stains. I won't use anything else.

Love the product but aerosol can is lacking

I have been buying this product for a few years. I love the product but the last 4-5 cans stop working with 1/4+ of the can left.

Same problem as other reviews

The carpet cleaner is the best I have used but the last several cans I have purchase only work for the first couple of stains but once I have used about half the can, it stops spraying and I can't get any more product on the stain. First time it happened, I thought it was a defective can but now that it has happened a few more times and now that I see others have had the same problem, I am not happy. Especially since this is not a cheap purchase. I don't mind paying for a good product but I expe...

Love it, but.........

This is, bar none, the BEST stain remover I have ever used.... Grease, pet stains, food stains, old stains.......however, it's only great when you can get it out of the can. I have to throw away as much as I use. Please fix this problem. I don't want a free can, I want a fix!

Spray Nozzle Problem

I have purchased this product & 4 out of 5 cans I end up throwing away 3/4 full because the spray nozzle won’t work. The product works if you can get it out of the can. I won’t be buying it again as I’m sure I can find something else to work.

i always liked this product, but the last couple times i purchased, the spray stops working even tho the can is half full

Great Product

I have been using this product for a couple of decades. I think it works better than any product I have ever tried for carpet stains. However, it is very frustrating when you have over half a can of product left and nothing will come out when you try to spray it

Nozzle fail

This is great for stain and odor removal but not even 1/2 way through the can and the nozzle stops working!!! This is the 4th can it has happened to. Total waste of money!!

works great except you can't use the whole can

This product work great except once you get about 2/3 of the way through the can, the nozzle stops working and nothing comes out. It sounds like from other reviews that this is a known problem. This has happened in the last 3 cans that I have purchased. I plan to move to a Bissell product as this isn't a cheap product and to only be able to use 2/3 of the can is very frustrating.

Incredible product that works! Except…

I highly recommend SpotShot! However, I have 3 large cans in my laundry room that I’m waiting to magically refill with aerosol! I’ve used about half of each can and there they sit. I’m disappointed I have to throw good product away. Such a waste of money!!! Very frustrated!!!
