Would RecommendThis product's main ingredient is Potassium Nitrate, it stimulates the wood to decompose. This can be accelerated by adding diesel fuel. Drill several at least 1/2" or larger holes in the stump fill them 3/4 full with "Stump Remover" & fill them up with diesel. Keep the stump remover saturated for a week & the stump will die & rot

(1) Don't order this online for curbside pickup or shipment. I bought several over a period of a couple of weeks from two different Lowes locatoins for three large tree stumps. Worked in 2 years
Would RecommendUsed on a 30-year old apricot tree. Stump was about 12-inch diameter. I drilled multiple holes, filled with product, and used vegetation killer to dissolve the granuals. After a year I drilled fresh holes and filled with product again. After two years I broke out stump with a large hammer in 15 minutes. A few large pieces, but much of it cleaved into bark sized pieces. Product clearly works, but you must be patient. Much easier than chopping out a fresh stump.
