Works without have to remove face plate or receptial cover. Also activates when near power source. Saves time and safer.

Awesome tester!

Good meter..

This voltage meter will also test low voltage. I needed to test co ax to see if the lines in the house where I was working were live, worked good. Also have tested on 110v sockets and light switches. Anyone that works on electric in their house should have one of these...

Perfect for around the house

This tester hasn't failed me yet and allows me to ensure I'm working safely around the house. The tester is fairly rugged, I haven't babied it at all and it is still working perfectly. The flashlight is a great feature that not all NCVT tools come with.

Good NCV tester

A versatile voltage detector

As a safety device I use to sniff for voltage on any equipment cabinet I am about to touch. An energized cabinet is unlikely but if it does occur it can be deadly.
