It works great, at least for pH.
Would RecommendI used it only to check the pH level in the front and back yards. I have St Augustine lawn that needs pH from 6.5 to 7.5. I checked in 3 places, following the instructions and got very consistent results. I am satisfied that this kit works well for soil acidity testing. By the way, the test results of my soil were close to 7.0 (perfectly neutral).

It was damp when it arrived at my house through the mail so there are pages of the instructions that are stuck together, therefore I can't read part of the instructions. After I get a replacement and actually do the soil samples, I will revise this review if there is a change.

Would RecommendProduct is pretty good but I have two complaints. First, the little chemicals you mix with the soil are in little pill like containers that are pretty hard to open. It seems like they could be packaged better. Second, the openings on the little test tubes are so small that it is difficult to get the soil and the testing chemicals in without spilling some.
