Great for small areas

Water ratio is debatable, for a small project it’s great, for a full room use something else with a slower set time

Make sure you have more than you need. Here are a few of my "useful tips".#1 If you're only looking to level 1/4"-1/8" of an inch like me make it a bit thinner/runnier. The instructions requires 1 gallon of water per bag of concrete but I added an extra half quart in addition so it flowed better and leveled better. #2 Don't be a cheap skate. Buy a spiked roller! Ok but won’t buy again

Seemed ok at first. The mix def seemed a little heavy. I was expected it to be thinner as a self leveler as it quickly became difficult to get it to level. As a thicker mixture it requires a lot of moving around and ultimately begins to pile up quickly wherever it starts to harden prematurely. Did what it was supposed to do but I had to go back over this product with a better one to fix it and smooth it out. Spend more money and be happier with the results. Works Well

This stuff works great. Follow the instructions and you won’t have any issues. We stored gallon jugs of water in the refrigerator to help with the working time. Ours was a small bathroom and used 4 bags. The mix time of around 3 minutes is spot on. You will see the mix totally homogenize when you hit the mark. Because this was a small area I was able to mix and pour myself. This was less money and seem to offer a little longer working time than other brands. Very pleased.

Worked perfectly

I am a very experienced DIY'er, but was intimidated by self leveler which I have never used previously. So many reviews, for almost all products have bad experiences. I had to level over 700 square feet, purchased 97 bags of material and the Sika material with it's price point had to be considered. Easy to use and GREAT results

I had to level a 70 year old, 3 bedroom, 1500sf slab home so that we could lay down LVP flooring. FIRST clean the floor and use the SIka Primer. Easy to roll on and well worth it. We mixed and spread 2 bags at a time. One guy would mix and another would spread. We used a tote with PVC pipe and this made the job SOOO easy. 1) have help 2) mix EXACT to instructions 3) move fast.... 4) order pizza and watch dry..

Great product at an affordable cost

This product works great if you follow the directions. It is not a one bag and dine deal for most jobs, but this product is inexpensive, at Lowes, and does the job right. This item was cheaper online with my local store location set and free delivery, than if i changed stores only 10-15 mins away. It was a savings of $9 per bag, so i bought it online and had it shipped.

Disappointed

This was not the first time I’ve used floor leveler, but the first time I used this product. Using the ‘correct’ amount of water, it was too thick to work with. I added a little more water (6 oz per bag). I didn’t want to add too much for fear of cracking. Being thicker than pancake batter made it difficult. There are now multiple valleys and peaks that I have to contend with. It’s frustrating to spend that much money for a product that does work as advertised. On the plus side, no cracks. Btw...

Doesn't really work

I have tried twice to level and small are for under a bath tub. 0 to 1/4" of slope to be made flat. This product ends up with a wave in the middle so it does NOT self level. Yes, I have made sure to "work" with trowel to break the surface tension up it still doesn't level. I have chipped up twice and will try again.
