What Customers Are Saying
The self-leveling floor product has mixed results. Some customers found it easy to use and effective at leveling uneven floors, while others experienced significant issues with the product not self-leveling as expected, being too thick or gritty, and resulting in an uneven final surface. Proper mixing and following the instructions closely is crucial for achieving good results. The product quality may be inconsistent, and larger projects can be labor-intensive. Overall, the product seems to work well for some customers but has quality control and usability issues that lead to frustration and poor results for others.

Would RecommendThe in-store pickup service has come a long way! I used it a couple times last year and the orders weren't filled or half-filled and it took way more time than a regular visit. I gave it a try this week and it worked great! The guys staffing it are very courteous and helpful.

As level as it gets with cement
Would RecommendI have an old house that had a garage slab, with an original 1950s floor drain. I needed a flat floor, not one that sloped. 27 bags of this later (and Sika Primer after a week of grinding down the old concrete surface), I have a mostly level floor. It took 4 of us (2 to run the mixer, 1 to pour water and help out, and 1 to pour the concrete) to do this task over the course of a few hours. I am not a professional, just a DIYer. I recommend following the recipe of 1 gallon of water to 1 bag of 50l...

Self-leveling? It depends
Would Not RecommendI needed to level a 500 sq ft room on average 1/8" - 1/4". I followed the instructions, used primer, etc. I used self-leveling tools (screed rake, spike roller, etc.). I prepared 5 5-gallon buckets with 1-gallon water each, and had one person mixing while I was pouring the buckets and using the tools to level it out. After spreading it out, leveling it, using the spike roller, etc., within a few minutes, it looked great and I assumed the "self-leveling" would do the rest (if I had a low spot I c...

Leveling compound
I did not use the product. I only purchased it for my floor installer. It worked well. This is an amazing product.

I love my level floor
Would RecommendThis was my first attempt at leveling a floor. Using their estimates on coverage came out close to perfect. I had to raise my shower floor on a master bath remodel. I had a very close tolerance for accuracy of the final floor height. I used two bags. Mixing both bags was easy and quick. I was able to gently coax the leveler throughout the shower floor. The results were impressive (see photos).

Would RecommendDon't mix all 50lbs. @ 1 time unless you're prepared to spread it quickly!
