Sika Level Self-Leveling Underlayment is a one-component, polymer-modified, durable and versatile underlayment for interior concrete and cementations substrates. It can be applied to produce a self-smoothing, rapid-setting, flat surface prior to the application of a final floor finish. Typical application thickness is 1/25 in. to 2 in.

Renovates old floors and helps to level new floors
Application thickness up to 2 in neat
Zero VOC content and low odor
Floor coverings (carpet, vinyl, PVC, rubber, engineered wood flooring) can be installed after 1-day to 3-days
Very rapid drying, can be walked on after 2-hours to 3-hours at 73°F
Suitable for over coating with non-moisture sensitive tile after 2-hours to 3-hours
All concrete and cement substrates must be primed using SikaLevel Primer in accordance with the product data sheet

flows too thick, so not perfectly level

I used the product to prepare for the installation of a shower floor. I followed the instructions exactly, but it poured too thick, so it did make for a perfectly flat surface (made a kind of wavy surface over the roughly 3' by 5' area, being out of flat by 1/8" in many places), even over this relatively small area. If I had a chance to do it again, I would have added a little more water than is recommended on the bag.
