Would RecommendThe shut-off valve cannot shut down the water completely after the washer inside get hard after many years of use. A common problem in the old rental property. Tried to avoid replacing the whole valve and found this replacement kit. I hoped it would work but worried it wouldn't fit. It turned out to be a nice and easy fix. Just opened the old valve and replaced the stem and put everything back. Then it worked, without any leaking. Great deal.
