A great solution for leaking toilet tank valves
Would RecommendOn older homes like mine, the toilet-tank feed valve is often soldered or compression collared onto half inch copper pipe that sticks only an inch out of the drywall. When you only turn the valve once every few years, calcium buildup can cause it to leak after turning it off and on. This is better solution for a leaking toilet tank valve than trying to replace the whole valve body. Would RecommendThis rebuild kit from Shark Bite is my preferred 'way to go' when servicing angle stop supply valves that don't fully stop the water supply or leak from the stem. I use a little silicone grease on the stem seal and threads to insure smooth operation.

Works but check your knob fit
Would RecommendTurned off the main water. Unscrewed the old valve and popped this in. Fit into the old valve well and sealed up like expected. My only issue is that the old knob didn't fit onto the stem. Can't have everything I guess.
