Terrible

Mine does not turn on. No charging. Dead after just 2 years.

This Shark robotic vacuum is very helpful for people who have to work a lot. If you are out of the house a lot of don’t have time to vacuum, you can personally set a schedule for this vacuum to clean the house it is so helpful, I come home to a clean house constantly. I would highly suggest purchasing this affordable vacuum.

Loved it while it was working

I really liked this vaccumm while it was working. I purchased the vaccuum second hand, but the vaccumm was in all its orginal packaging. I say that because I don't have proof of purchase and so i can't return/use the warranty. Anyway, it worked for us for about 3 months, it was great. We have two dogs and it picked up the hair so well! Then it stopped working, one of the large wheels won't rotate, so the vacuum just continuously spins in a circle. poor wifi and App connection

not designed well, every day wifi connection fails and I have to restart it. This makes app useless.

I would give this ten stars if I could! It is one of my absolute favorite products! I have children and hardwood floors and this is such a time saver!!

I bought this for my gf for Christmas it works amazing it picks up all the animal hair and it didn’t cost a arm an a leg she absolutely loves it only thing we have a weird shaggy area rug an it doesn’t always get every crumb but I highly recommend it

I adore my little robovacuum. It truly makes life so much easier and takes care of the day-to-day crumbs and dust. It isn’t as nimble as some other robovacuums, however, and sometimes gets stuck in some pretty funny ways if you don’t keep an eye on it. Therefore, I dock a star.

Love this mini vacuum. it is the best ever. This is great when I'm tired after work and I just turn this on and it gets the job done. Love it and highly recommend it. 

This is not the exact model I have but I love my shark ion robot. This is seriously the best thing ever. Just push a button and let the vacuum do all the work while I’m working on something else.

Must have for any household. Use mine at least twice a day. Cleans my hardwood floors great. Picks up crumbs and pet hair great as well.

Had this for three years and adore it! Use daily sometimes multiple times a day! I have three kids and three dogs, there is no way I could keep up with all the messes with out our robot vacuum. Brush parts are easy to get and cheap! I recommend this to everyone who is on the market for a robot vacuum!

Works very well, comes with a band so that you can leave it on one area only. The battery isn’t the best if you live in a big house though

Love this vacuum I’ve always wanted a robot vacuum, and after looking at roombas I noticed that this was the most cost effective and had a few more bells and whistles. It does great with my husky that sheds a ton , you just have to make sure that the hair doesn’t get tangled in the revolver, I also love that it empties itself.

I don’t know what I would do without this thing! Helps me keep all the dirt and dog hair off my hardwood floors!

Worsde Robot Vacuum I have ever had

I have had 3 iRobots, 2 Neato (all lasted 2-6 years each) and currently have a Eufy (works well but programing feature is not great) and just got this one 4 months. The good- cleans well, dirt bin is easy to change and battery life is good. The bad, its bumper is HORRIBLE and it gests stuck all the time. First of all it gets stuck on room thresholds and the molding around my walls (1/4" round molding) as well as some chair legs I have. I have tried to limit where it goes but I have this molding ...

Great vacuum that successfully avoids obstacles. Gets the floors pretty clean. We have a lot of dog hair in our house.. I run this daily and still need a deep clean vacuum once a week to pick up dust and hair in places this one can’t reach. Only issue I’ve noticed is it sometimes struggles to find its dock.

I love it! but it has a squealing issue on carpet

when the robot is moving on carpet,not hard floor,it will make a terrible squealing sound and im trying to fix it bu nothings working. overall,a great robot. i think im going to pick up the Shark IQ soon,but i still want to know how to fix this.

Terrible quality

I bought this 9 months ago. At first it worked great but it's performance quickly declined. Now it generates very little suction and is constantly malfunctioning. It has become more of a nuisance than a convenience. I am ready to throw it out and try a completely different brand.

Worst Shark product I’ve ever used!!

Got this vacuum a little over a year ago. MIGHT use it once every month or two in my large living room, if that. The error (!) and clean start flashing red seconds after it begins to move. I’ve done everything suggested in troubleshooting even if it didn’t pertain to that specific error and no luck. Looks like this is a design flaw judging by the other reviews. I love my shark lift away but this was the biggest waste of money ever. Definitely go for another brand robot vac. Can’t get much worse ...
