Great when it works, had to send the original one back bc didn’t work and now have a bum wheel. I enjoyed being able to turn on and walk away and have it do light cleaning of dog hair and dust

3 months, one firmware upgrade and it still can't find it's way to the docking station

Very good for a quick clean. Does not get all the areas though. Wish it cleaned more for the price

Does a wonderful job but it doesn’t really remember not to get stuck. Haha. It’s constantly getting stuck but otherwise a great product

Awful!!!

Had mine for around 2 months. It’s started flashing red even though nothings was wrong. Shark relaxed with a new one and the new one lasted 2 weeks and started having the same issues as the old one. Will not purchase another shark item EVER!!!

I use this product to do a passive clean of the floors when I don’t feel like sweeping. I was gifted this item so it works for now. I plan on upgrading to the one with wi-if as you can program it to clean certain areas of the house and have it mapped out. Ours tends to go rogue into random areas and I have to make sure certain rooms are closed so it doesn’t end up getting stuck for too long.

DISPOSABLE GARBAGE!

Our RV700 stopped working after a year, it just spins in circles! According to the less than helpful person I spoke to they don't make replacement parts for it because it "is too old!" I have a 15 year old Roomba that works just fine and I can find any replacement part I need! I will never buy another Shark product!!!!!

I LOVE THIS THING SO MUCH. I literally could not live without it. Anytime we have someone coming over, I just push its clean button and go on my merry way with the rest of cleaning. Just make sure it doesn't suck up cords or pet mess and you'll be good to go!

Meh. Don’t love this. Honestly, it takes forever to find its docking station and often dies in random rooms as a result. It was great in the beginning for picking up debris between cleanings but it died less than a year after owning it. We bought new parts to fix it and it still doesn’t work. It’s also super loud so you can’t run it while you’re working from home or late at night.

Love not having to sweep but the dirt bin fills after 1 room. I should’ve splurged on the self emptying vacuum. It does pick up very well and you need to make sure nothing is on the floor. We don’t have any carpet so I’m not sure how well this does on anything other than hard floors. The battery life seems to last, I’d recommend to someone looking for an affordable vacuum.

I really love my Shark robot I upgraded to the to the type that empties into the base It really works great. I program it and off it goes!!

The best thing ever!!!! I have 3 kids and 2 dogs... I can’t tell you how much I love this thing! My kids named it Bob. They love it too. I love it mostly bc my dogs shed sooo bad and it helps keep the hair down.

I have had TWO fail in 10 months. I hate this vaccum and do not recommend to anyone

Poor performing Shark product READ THE REVIEWS

I should have read the reviews before buying this product. The scheduled timer function has never work like it is supposed to and now it wont even charge. I also have one of their cordless vacuums and it is terribly unreliable and has been replaced and the replacement does the same thing the original one did and just shuts off. Stick with plug in devices for shark. They do not have it together or cordless devices.

Struggled with this from the moment we purchased

We thought WE were doing something wrong but apparently not. This thing never cleans where we want it to. It goes over the same places over, and over, and over. It gets tangled in things over and over and over. We have not yet to this day been able to let it run on its own without having to sit and monitor what it is doing, moving things out of it’s way, redirecting its path, etc. It is AWFUL. We have gotten to point where we can only trust it to work in one room at a time, by blocking a room of...

It does the job,m doesn’t get to the corners but it does the lasy one hahah, I use it whenever I’m tired

I have had wonderful reviews about this item I’ve used my sister-in-law’s for a week and fell in love on my floors wood for you especially when I came home after work it would clean all day while I was at work and leave my floor clean

Nothing but trouble

We have had this vacuum Over a year and it is constantly stopping in the open room. It already has a bad wheel and keeps spinning to one direction. I’m an avid shark consumer. It my next one will not be this brand of they are like this!
