As you can see, my Shark has worked hard in our house 😆 I've almost wiped the logo off from cleaning her, but she's faithful and works amazing. I mainly use it to clean the kitchen at the end of the night before bed. Real fast sweep up. The noise is minimal, and I dont have to worry about where she goes bc the sensors are so amazing.The battery life is really good, it goes a good range before you have to recharge. I didn't want a robot vac until I got one, and now I dont think I can go back!

Great for small places

decent for the price. No big bells and whistles honestly but for someone who wants a skmple Vacuum to clean up automatically it works great. Even has an app and Alexa cleaning.

It cleans great! The battery life is long and I don’t have to worry about cleaning. It cleans by itself. I think it’s worth splurging on especially when you’re busy and cannot clean.

looking for a better one

high hopes for this one but i bumped into everything and didn’t have a good enough sensor to stop if there were any plugs/wires in the way. it also didn’t hold a charge

Such A Time Saver!

I have lots of 4 legged friends and use to vacuum almost everyday. I'm so glad we got this and now I have 1 more thing not to worry about. You can set up times and rooms you want clean so you can just set it up and forget about it!

Ok vacuum

Great vacuum if you have tile or vinyl flooring. If you have carpet, it does a good job, but will eat up the battery. Plus you have to clean it more often. It's definitely not great if you have animals that shed.

Good for the price

I've been using the Shark ION Robot R72 for a few months now, and it's been a great addition to my cleaning routine. As someone with a busy schedule, this robot vacuum has been a real time-saver. It does a good job navigating around my furniture and getting into tight spaces, which is impressive. Very disappointed in Bruce

We got our shark (Bruce) for Christmas and can rarely get it to run for more than 5 minutes. We have repeatedly tried To find any spots something could be stuck or obstructing. This little vacuum was way too expensive to be this troublesome. Our 8 year old roomba May run disorganized but at least it still works.

Love it!

I've had it my Shark ION Robot for about 5 years, and I couldn't live without it! I had to buy a new battery about a year ago, but that is the only real problem I've had. I have had to clean it out occasionally, but that is to be expected. My house has an open floor plan, and I only use it in the main area. I believe if you have a lot of rooms, the robot would possibly have trouble navigating all of it. But for my use, I love it!

Breaks down as soon s warranty ends no replacement

I was gifted this unit in December of 201, in March of 2021 one of the wheels stopped working and now it just spins. I called and they have a 1 year warranty, nothing they can do. I have a shark vaccum that i've had since 2015 and it's great, they have replaced parts so I was very disappointed with the one year warranty issue and no parts to purchase, not even the option to send it in to be fixed. I will never buy a shark robot.

I am highly frustrated with the Shark Robot vacuum that I bought less than two years ago. The unit now is only going in circles since one of the wheels got stuck. Surprisingly, customer support informed me that there is no way to replace the wheel because it is attached to the base. As a result, the unit is now useless. I do not recommend this product.

Waste of money

I bought this back in October of 2019 had problems with it in July of 2020 they had me send it they fix it. Not even a year as gone by and it stop working in and was told they will not do anything for it. The reason they gave me was it’s no longer in warranty. In my opinion for the cost of the vacuum it should last more than two years.

It did amazing for a good while but then slowly stopped sucking up the dirt on the group, left the floor dusty and would do constant circles. I’ve replaced it and deep cleaned it several times ..

I loved it, while it lasted which wasn't long

I was thrilled to get my Shark vacuum and easily maintain clean floors. I've had it 2 years cleaned before each use, but all the sudden it just died. I called the customer service number for troubleshooting assistance. Was shocked to hear it's not fixable, needs to be replaced, & this is the expected life of the device! So wasteful to buy something that will go into a landfill every 2 years, and spend another $350 to replace. I'm going to invest in a different brand & hope for longer life. D...

Like product, needs better error handling

I really like my ION. I run this several time a week and it keeps my floor clean. Considering purchasing another for my basement. One issue is that I have is that it needs better error handling. This robot tends to get stuck on uneven surface (wood floor & tile), it likes to get stuck under furniture that has low clearance (needs a top sensor so it backs out) when it senses pressure. It tends to get stuck between carpet and wood floors where there is a small separation between the floor...

Great while it lasts

We had for only 6 months and it is constantly stopping and giving off an error message, when it has been cleaned multiple times, taken apart, parts replaced. It will work for a few seconds and then stop. When it does work, it goes over the same areas a lot. I got so frustrated with the error messages, I have just gone back to using my upright vacuum. What a waste of money.

Meh

An ex-girlfriend bought this for me for Christmas, and then we broke up, so I ended up having to pay for it. I should have let her take it back. Initially, it worked fine, but that didn’t last.
