I’ve had this vaccum for over 6 months, at first it was great, it cleans pretty good and it runs for a long time but the problem is how it navigates, it hits walls and chairs so hard, there are scuff marks all over my baseboards and even scratches on doors. Whenever I’m sleeping it hits the door so hard that it wakes me up every time.

Works great on my hard wood floors and does ok on carpets, goes over same area alot on carpet cause it hops around but very happy cause maintains a clean floor. Not So Great...

Back when my husband and I were freshly engaged, we wanted to make the adjustment as smooth as possible because we had just moved into our first home. Must have if you have pets and wood floors

Great Features

I had a little trouble connecting it to the wifi but I think that is cause we are rural and have a slow wifi. I did finally get it hooked up and it works great. I love being able to control it with my phone. It did a great job of cleaning. This will work great in my household.

The Worst App Imaginable

While our Shark was easy to get set up and situated, we quickly realized that there are significant problems with the App and control of this product. We have had to "reconnect" our Shark about 15 times since purchasing a few months ago, and the cleaning history is a joke. It's run probably 50 times, yet our history shows either 15 or 13 times, and it has never shown any kind of map as it is supposed to. It’s Wi-Fi Connection makes it a breast to use. It’s not to loud and it picks up everything on the floor with out any issues. It’s a great addition to our home. I highly recommend it. One thing I noticed is they improved on how the sucking process, as it improves a lot. Though it still get stuck sometimes on some surface but very minimal, it is easy to operate and with the help of the app you can schedule the cleaning so you can still clean even you are not home.
