Went from great to AWFUL sadly

I bought this robot 10 months ago and no issues were happening until I moved to another apartment. We wanted to connect her to the new wifi and it won’t pair with my wifi and my phone. Still trying to connect her as today and NOTHING. Even the wifi symbol is gone.

I took a long time to purchase a robot vac and now I’m saddened that i didn’t just DO IT years ago!!! I have zero complaints! A few fails at cleaning because i forgot to pick something up, but not Sharkys fault…I highly recommend this product and cannot rave about it enough to everyone I meet and friends with nate floors!!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Design changes RV750 to AV753 not user friendly!

Have had the Shark Ion Robot RV750 for several years and absolutely loved it! The sensors that keep it from banging into walls and furniture stopped working properly so it was even moving chairs. Bought the AV753 and am not happy with it. Unfortunately, some basic things have changed such as the styling of the dust bin and filter. Got mine for Mothers Day and it did not last one year. Great when it worked, got stuck on every door stop and carpet.Frequently having to get up to move it. Daughter and Daughter in law have had same problem.

Very disappointed, the company had to send a replacement already and now it is not working again. The battery is completely drained and will not recharge. Less than 6 months old!

Cheap

I bought thus a few months Go. It is the less expensive one and I hate it. My last one, best one at the time, lasted about 10 years. Th I s one I s light weght doesn't dock properly and squeaks no matter what I do to it. Wasted money.

Not what I expected at all

I was so excited for my Shark robot which my daughters and I named Jaws. Boy, did Jaws disappoint. I have a German Shepherd and two cats and vacuuming everyday is a necessity. I was expecting Jaws to take this off of my hands. Jaws has been cleaning twice a day for the last month. Jaws is not pet hair friendly. Does good until it doesn’t

When we first got it, it was great! Saved me so much time having just had a new baby. We had our shark robot for just over a year and it started to just go in tight circles. Tried to troubleshoot and reset. However, we just got rid of it because nothing we tried worked. Disappointed.

Great for it’s value!

I just bought the Shark Ion vac to help with maintenance vacuuming, since I house several heavy shedding dogs. The vacuum works well on carpet and rugs, as long as there isn’t heavy build up. Which a normal vacuum would be needed. But the Ion is great for maintenance in between deep vacuums. I mostly love it for my hard floors though! After a comment my daughter made about how great her robot vacuum worked, I decided to buy one and try it out. "Sharkie" does a great job daily cleaning up all the dog and cat hair around the house - I love the fact that I can set him cleaning while I work on my computer. There used to be pet hair all over the floors, because I couldn't keep up with it, but 40 minutes to an hour a day of running Sharkie keeps my floors clean.
