Smash to the rescue

My youngest named ours. We were finding it difficult to keep up with everything. I have a disability and it makes mobility tough some times, so I said let's delegate where we can. Guess what, a vacuum, does a better vacuuming job than I do LOL

Saturday Morning Surprise!

I received my shark as a gift and it has been awesome. It took some trial and error mapping the floors of the house, but after a month, the unit was vacuuming efficiently and docking. I love this unit, until this morning. Cleaning up this mess was…terrible and the reason for 3 stars. I’d rather go back to my intermittent ‘manual’ vacuuming then have to wake up to this mess again. Runs into everything, doesn’t clean well

I bought this, and I find myself vacuuming more then I did before

Love IT

I bought this because I went back to work after being home for 30 years and I just couldn’t keep up with the dust . Too tired So I thought I would try the shark robot and I couldn’t be happier. House is clean it does its job very well

Saves time and does a great job!

I work full-time and I'm a full-time student with a pug that sheds like crazy! I was looking for something that would help with all the fuzz, and I am very happy with this product! All I have to do is turn it on and it does its thing! It always gets up a lot of fuzz too! Very happy, only wish I had purchased it sooner!

Fails every 3-4 days

I loved it. It had amazing suction and was overall impressed. 2 months after purchase the Clean light and “!” Light kept blinking. It’s because something is “blocking it”. It was a dryer sheet and when I took it out, it and started it again, it would go for 5 seconds and stop. After 2 months what killed my vacuum was a dryer sheet. And I can’t even reset it bc the app doesn’t connect with my wifi bc apparently my wifi channel is “too strong”

Poor corners, Get stuck on everything

I was really excited to receive this as a gift however I’m extremely disappointed. It does not clean corners well, Spits out debris a lot, and gets stuck on ledges that it claims it won’t get stuck on. I recommend saving your money and getting a nicer one or a different brand.

Enjoying the Shark

I purchased this about a month ago and I'm very happy I did. The only issue I have is that the wheels squeak.

Great Product

I bought this vacuum 2 weeks ago an I Love it. Does a great job of picking up dirt and dust on the floor. And I have hardwood and carpet floors.

Loud

This is the loudest robotic vacuum I have purchased! Really annoying, only run it when we are not home.

Great Vacuum Powerful Suction

I am so pleased with the performance of this vacuum ! I have an apartment and I am lazy, this shark has great suction and easily goes from the carpet to the hard floor. Easily goes around the furniture!!

Cleans so well!

I had one of the original Robot vaccums from 20 years ago. Wow what a difference. But I love all Shark products. I move this one from my upstairs to downstairs (because I can't afford another one right now). My daughter recommended this one to me.

Not worth money

I would not buy this product. Be sure to check what Limited Warrenty means. First review was not accepted

Liked it at first

I've had this for 2 years. It has to be emptied everyday because it doesn't have enough power to push the first into the container and gets clogged. I've taken it apart twice because it gets pretty hair in every crevice. It stopped working altogether after two years. Not recommended.

Two small complaints

Difficult to open the collection compartment. Filter does not “pop out”, must be unscrewed to remove for cleaning.

Disappointed in robot floor vacuum

We purchased this automatic floor vacuum because we have been very please with the 3 upright Shark vacuum we own. We were very disappointed. It was noisy, the parts rattle as it goes across the floor. The motor is loud, tough to watch TV or have a conversation. We have a different brand floor vacuum and it is no were near as noisy as this Shark model. Also the Shark model only had one brush to edge clean, if it edge cleaned at all. Does a good job running without wifi

Shark works fine even without using wifi, no issues.
