Bought this one for my daughter have my own work great

This is not a good purchase

I purchased this device months ago and the connection continuously gets knocked off. I am having to uninstall and reinstall the device weekly. This is annoying.

finicky machine.

When it decides to work ot works wonderful.. but I have had to reset mine so many times an has to continue to reset. Times where it's been on the charger 8+ hours but only at 55%. Just frustrating

This Shark is so Worth It!

I had a friend recommend this to me because I hate vacuuming. After asking me every week for over a month, I finally broke down and bought one. I can say my expectations were not high and I didn't think it would do as well as my Kirby with pet hair beater bar. Shark Robot Vacuum

I bought this as a replacement for my IRobot (1st Gen) I bought 8 years ago. I'm having some problems with the cliff sensors in the Shark but the customer service has been very supportive, which is very important to me. But it looks like I'll have to return and exchange it. I'm just waiting because of the slow mail over the holidays.

This was a Christmas present! Where have you been all my life SHARK ION ROBOT! I love you! My first question? Does it do laundry and windows as well! Jesus this thing is beyond fabulous! “IT CLEANS” this thing cleans tirelessly! I’ve been singing ‘I’m so excited and I just can’t hide it, I’m about to lose control”… Can’t wait to get home to see my clean floors and rugs! Gets stuck all the time!

I do not like this shark at all! I was so excited to get a shark to minimize my cleaning time, but it just gets stuck constantly! I have a large area for it to clean, yet it finds the smallest areas to get into and get stuck. I’ve even tried to block said areas and it still gets stuck! I hate it and I’m going to be returning it! Random navigation is horrible!

Great Smart Vaccum

Poor support - connectivity issues

I recently purchased a robot vacuum. From day one it has connectivity issues- after 3 separate calls to resolve I was left a message that I need a software upgrade. I called for the 4th time and was routed 3 times back to the operator because no one ever assisted me. I ended up being on hold for over 1 1/2 hours until the support office closed. No one ever assisted me. Robot still has issues and no software upgrade.

Good for a while

I have had mine for 4 years and this past year the clean time only runs for about 20 minutes before it dies. I tried replacing battery from website however they don’t have it in stock. They continue to make the model but don’t carry replacement batteries? Don’t waste your money on a product that isn’t guaranteed to work at least 5 years

Will break after less than 2 years

I purchased the robot a couple years ago December 2019. Soon after, I had issues with the robot going in aimless circles to nowhere but warranty covered that issue. Now the unit went kapoot altogether. Shark told me I have no option but to buy another product because evidently my model is discontinued. I offered to pay for the replacement part, as I don’t wanna contribute to trash pollution however the part is no longer made. The only option I have is to purchase a whole new product. I love it. So far!

I have a downstairs neighbor from hell. It doesn't matter the time of day when I vacuum. He pounds the ceiling. Now I can have. My place cleaned at noon. If he pounds I'm at work and don't hear it. My cat is not impressed. My floors are clean!!

I feel super happy to have si much help cleaning my floors especially pets hair and also I have a cat. It works great. Cleans very good, super quiet and gives me peace of mind. I just love it! Thanks

FREE SHARK ROBOT=5 STARS

I was going to buy one of these, so I read all the reviews. Anyone who received one for free, gave 5 stars. The only negative reviews were from those that had purchased the product. Does anyone else see this? I ADOREShark and ninja products, and have used them exclusively for many years, starting with the first silver Shark hand-held vacuum! These reviews seem highly suspect. How do I trust enough to go ahead and invest in a Shark robot?

Love my Shark

I have purchased two upright vacuums and this is my second Robot Vacuum. Not because I had trouble with them but rather to upgrade the one had. Shark has been a reliable product at a reasonable cost. I would challenge the competition that cost more any day.

Not worth the money

This robot has two issues: 1) cannot memorize surroundings and 2) can’t locate its dock. It is the most exasperating machine I’ve ever seen. If you have a room completely empty, it’s great although it vacuums randomly—don’t expect it to vacuum in rows and get everything, especially if you have even simple furniture (2 recliners and a coffee table). Even more frustrating than that is the fact that it can’t find its dock even if it’s in front of it. This machine will make a b-line towards the doc...
