Would RecommendThe first product I got was damaged badly, but I eventually got a replacement from Lowe's. This replacement looks to be in better condition. The box feels very sturdy and hopefully capable of doing what it says it can do. Obviously, I have not tried this product in the fire or water, but I'm hoping it will work!

Unexpected weight Very Unexpected small space inside It says it holds documents, in my opinion, most people don't fold important documents I guess I should have done more research on it rather than relying on what I saw
