Would RecommendA solid chest that is plenty roomy for passports, thumb drives, travel docs and a few fat stacks of cash. Wanted not so much for anti-theft (obviously) but for the fire and waterproof capabilities.

Plastic locks & products not well made
Would Not RecommendWe bought this and within the first year of using it, opened it maybe 3-4x. The lock stopped working after a couple x, the plastic lock cheaply made. Then over the next year or two since (my mother in law has had it about 2-3 years but she doesn’t access it bc we take care of her paperwork), I’ve opened it maybe 3x each year, the last time I opened it the ENTIRE lid just came off.
