Performs very average for a High-Dollar grass treatment. Still had some weeds 2 weeks after application. Plent of rain and sun during rhat period, but still weeds….Not impressed!

Would RecommendI have been using Turf Builder for a couple of years. Our lawn really looks good especially when you compare to everyone around us. We had a section near the street replanted a couple of years ago after a crew put new sidewalks in for the city & they used conventional "Contractor's Seed." It was so full of Clover that the Turf Builder is still working on it, but it has reduced it dramatically. Would RecommendHave been using for a couple years. It is time released and takes awhile for results. The fertilizer that I applied in the fall gave me lasting results this spring. My lawn only had a couple dandelions while my neighbors on both sides harvest them.
