Would RecommendVery quick response when unlocking/locking. HomeKit integration works flawlessly so far. Be aware the lock requires a 2 & 1/8" cross hole so may need to widen existing hole like I did.

Would RecommendApp setup was a little complex, and the lock is slow to respond to remote locking/unlocking. Works well with the Apple Homekey integration, unlocks very quickly with my iPhone or Apple Watch

Would Not RecommendEncode Plus let’s you pair and control the lock with the Schlage App, OR with Apple HomeKit. But not both, even though the advertisement suggests you can do both at the same time. The whole point of getting the Plus over the original Encode is for the HomeKey feature, but you can’t use this feature without giving up the features of the Schlage App. I called Schlage Support and spoke with their tech support. Would Recommendthe actual hardware is great, but the schlage mobile app is not so great. the app works, but locking / unlocking the door while outside of your home wi-fi network does not seem to ever work like it is intended to.
