Not Durable
Purchased 2 years ago this washer. So far I have been happy with it, until it decided just die on me with no cause after self cleaning process. Luckily I had protection that refunded me. I think, it's time moving away from Samsung products, since they are lacking durability. This is 2nd appliance from Samsung that died on me.

My First Bespoke

I got my wish when I handed down my 10-year-old W/D to a family member. Looking to use a smaller footprint so I decided the stackable model would be the best option. I am extremely pleased with my decision. I have never wanted a front loader, but they have come a long way. The washer is very efficient and I am still learning how to use.
