Worst washer, detergent tray filled with water
Would Not RecommendWe are having worst experience with this washer, even with HR detergent and good softener, clothes smells bad after 1-2hours of washer cycles. If we fill Softener before putting clothes in, softener will leak even before washer is started, drips on our hands while loading clothes into washer tub.

Bespoke looks but poor ergonomics
Would Not RecommendThe drum sits very low on this machine. This escaped me at the store because the unit was stacked on another washer, but once home and having used it a bunch of times, I have come to realize that I have to just about get on my knees to see to the back of the drum and reach in to get things that are stuck to the drum wall. If you put it on a pedestal this might not be an issue, but if you floor mount it, it is something to consider. After 4 months of useage, I can say that had I realized this w...

This is year 2 and my machine has already been deemed unrepairable by the technician samsung sent out. Last year it had to be serviced twice. Something about the weights off balance. Would Not RecommendFirst, EVERY 5 star review is incentivized. The only real reviews are all 1 to 2 stars. Washer broke within 5 months where it was completely irreparable but since it was still under warranty we were approved for a replacement. Two months later we are STILL waiting on our washer and they can’t even tell us when it will be here. Customer service has been an absolute nightmare experience. I cannot express enough to not buy this set or ANY Samsung product!!!
