Features that we exactly need, silent, convenient.

We looked modern refrigerator w/o a lot of bells and whistles and this model was exactly what we need. We didn't have water connection for ice maker and do not use it now but were able to use icemaker lots as additional storage. It is very silent in comparison to our old GE refrigerator but manufacturer do not mention noise level of it that we may compare with other one. Wireless ...

Our second Samsung fridge!

This is our second Samsung fridge. Am very happy with it. Loving it not having handles on the outside, but I do have one complaint....why isn't the top shelf adjustable? It's one solid shelf and you can't lower it. Our previous fridge had 4 adjustable shelves and I'm really missing that option. Other than that, very happy, especially the ice maker being in the freezer instead of the fridge! I only give it a 4 out of 5 because the top shelf isn't adjustable.

Horrendous Customer Service

We ordered this refrigerator on 6/1/22. After many months of dealing with delivery issues and hours on the phone with Samsung and several wasted vacation days waiting for a delivery that did not arrive, we finally received the refrigerator in November, however, we are still trying to get the center panel, which retails for all of $49.00, but we can't see a way to buy that separately. Samsung refuses to explain why they won't or can't send the paid for center panel, and when we finally get throug...

Elegant, Grown & Chic

But when they took it out the box and placed it in the kitchen I was like YASSSSS! It’s a soft white with a hint of grey… I love it! I had to wait 2 days for my ICE! But it was worth it! Perfect fridge for DC rowhome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a DC rowhome, while the kitchen has been fully renovated due to the dimensions we needed fridge with a smaller depth than most. The set up while a smaller cubic ft than our last fridge actually feels larger with more useable space.

New Samsung refrigerator.

We purchased this model, a Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator, and like it a lot so far. It is very roomy, looks modern, and has ice in two sizes, and a door alarm if left open by accident. It does not have handles that protrude, which I though might be inconvenient at first, but it's easy to get used to, and flat across the front. Easy to wipe and clean. Very nice product so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a few weeks ago to replace the side by side that came with the house. So happy we did. Would have been hard to fit the turkey and sides into the SxS, but no problem now. Do miss the ice through the door, but the water pitcher is a pleasure to use. Am concerned that getting ice pushes the cubes to the rear and wonder if that will prevent new ice from dumping.
