But we have had zero problems, ice is perfect. Wife tells me at least once a day how much she loves this fridge. Can't get any better than that!!

Would Not Recommend(Model # RF23BB820012AA Bespoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator) I bought this just two weeks ago, and had a very hard time getting the temperatures set inside the door. It wasn't until I installed the phone app that I found I could make changes to the settings. The problem is that none of the real temperatures are close to what I set! The fridge is supposed to be 36°F, but is just under 30°F. The so-called Flex Zone is around 30°, but I set it for "Wine," which is supposed to be more like ...

Water filter issues
Would RecommendI love this fridge, but installing the water filter is so challenging. It really should not be as hard as it is. I'm currently waiting for a technician to come help install the replacement filter AND I was told by customer service that I would have to pay for this.
