Sleek design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best refrigerator I’ve ever owned! Sleek design, which I love and although it’s a counter depth, there is plenty of room for a family of 4. I really like the flex drawer although I have only used it as a deli drawer so far, not a freezer.

Nice, versatile product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months ago and like the sleek looks and functionality. It works great and and I like the possibility of swapping out panels to change the overall look of my kitchen. One issue is that the doors aren't as freely swiping as I would like. On several occasions the door has been left open. An audible alarm inidcates a door that's left ajar, but it hap[pens all too frequently

Our dream fridge tuend into the worst nightmare

I bought it 3 months ago and suddenly stopped working wasting all that had inside. Tech came, fix it and then broke again 2 days later. Coatumer experience has been horribleand is being 10 days without fridge. Very dissapointed as we have everything Samsung. Please improve costumer experience. We are still waiting refound and with that dead fridge in our kitchen.

Looks modern and slick

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only had this fridge a few weeks, but so far we love it. It looks very modern and sleek inside and out. The slide out and adjustable temperature drawer works great with kids. The doors are wider then many other fridges, but this to accommodate the water fill pitcher, which we love.

Beautiful refrigerator

Better than expected. Nice design and engineered to perfection. Service by Samsung is the best. We had an issue with the delivery of first refrigerator. Samsung replaced with no hassles.

Sleek design. Lot's of space

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. This was a replacement of a unit that failed. We like not having any ice or water on the surface of the door and with this unit the ice is shaped the way that you'd expect cubed ice to be shaped...in a cube, versus the splinters of ice we got out of the other unit. It is also great with grandkids, no handles for them to pull themselves up with. Another plus is not having a ice maker taking up space in the refrig.

Still in love

After 14 months we are still happily married. I do love this fridge and have 0 complaints thus far. I purchased the white one and I still think it looks good as it is reflective of my green kitchen. Water and ice are delicious.

Doesn't cool

Would have given a 0 if possible. We got our brand new refrigerator delivered yesterday and they u-haled our old refrigerator. It has been more than 24 hours and the fridge hasn't started to regulate the temperature. It is 67°. We had to throw out all the produce. Such a waste. What's the point of buying a new one anyways?!

Quiet and fitts perfectley.

Brand new fridge not working/cooling at all

The product was delivered today and is already not working/cooling. Very surprised that a brand new product that is delivered does not work straight away.

Ice maker knocking noises

About a year of owning this fridge the ice make started making a knocking sound instead of ice. After a lot of frustration I gave up on it and just turned it off. I can live without ice and everything else was great I love the self filling pitcher. Now another year later the ice make started making the same knocking sound again. The ice make is off! After another round of troubleshooting I removed the ice make altogether but I am so frustrated. Samsung has been nothing but a disappointment when...

Owners manual, is WORTHLESS! Installation, safety stuff, troubleshoot, specs, letting big brother control your device, (NOT), and NOTHING how to control settings inside the right hand interior panel
