Would RecommendI love my new washer as it doesn’t take long to wash my clothes at all compared to my old washer. My only complaint so far is the detergent and softener both run out before I even start the washer causing me to have to refill them both. It happens about 80-85% of the time.

Would Not RecommendThese top load washers CANNOT handle heavy items such as jeans and bath towels. Have owned this model for several years now and have tried everything to get it to work. As soon as it gets out of balance in the spin cycle mode it stops and refills with water and starts all over. It uses enormous amounts of water when it tries to rearrange items to fix (doesn't work) the spin cycle with water. Also wasted a lot of $$ to have the shock absorbers replaced to try and fix but did not help. Calling it...

Between throwing out the 4C error code and occasional grinding noises, I can't believe this is what I paid for as "new".
