Discharge hose too short
Would Not RecommendWhen my new machine was delivered I discovered that the discharge hose was only 5 feet long which is about a foot shorter than my old Samsung washer. Went back to the store to discover that the discharge hose on their sales floor model had a completely different discharge hose. Hot Water Not An Option
Would Not RecommendSamsung Washing Machines have water temperature restrictions. In the user manual, it states that the HOT setting will only raise the temperature of the water to adult bath water, and the WARM setting will only raise the temperature of the water to swimming pool temps. This is not ideal for soaking whites or cleaning bedding. I would NOT recommend this washing machine.

Burning Smell
Would Not RecommendAfter 1 year 2 months of usage the washer suddenly failed during rinse with a burning electrical smell without reporting a code, which was not good. Now I can't use it again until it's repaired. It washes great otherwise despite lack of a soak option. But Samsung needs to get around the electrical flaw associated with these washer machines. I can't see myself repairing my machine or getting another Samsung washer as no other brand that i have used failed in this manner.
