Terrible delivery

Paid for installation and removal of the old unit. Prior to the arrival of the delivery driver we turned the water main and valve for the washer off. We removed the hose and slid the old washer back for the installer. He walks in the house immediately after we unhook the hose and see the residual water drip from the unhooked line and claims we have a leak. Guys didn’t know how to switch direction of dryer opening, so they switched the positions of washer and dryer. They left washer in level. When I went to do laundry, I only got very hot water no matter what temperature I picked. I had to have my son-in-law come over and fix washer and dryer. I DID NOT have them remove the old washer. They were supposed to report that so that the $50 feet would be taken off my bill. I did not have them remove washer or dryer

I bought this washing machine almost a month ago. When the installer found a leak in the faucet, he decided not to install it until I could get a plumber to fix the leak. After having a plumber install a new faucet, I called to arrange for installation. It was scheduled for Monday, but suddenly cancelled due to an error by the scheduler. Now I have to wait for another installation date. I feel as if I did all the correct things, but the scheduling service caused great incovenience.

New Samsung top loading washer and dryer

I’ve done laundry 35 years. This was the most expensive set I’ve ever had. It is the biggest piece of crap. Do not buy Samsung. They are awful. Lowe’s is horrible. They will not even send warranty help out although it says it comes with Samsung doesn’t care I spent $3500 on a new set. It’s true what they say about Samsung it is garbage.

Arrived with dent

The gentlemen installed my new washer. One of the guys said to let it finish its cycle completely as he left. Once the cycle finished, I went into the laundry room and noticed a dent in the very center of the new washer. They also unhooked my dryer hose by accident, I’m sure. However, they didn’t fix it. By the time I fixed it and with being a late delivery, customer service was already closed. This is my first time ordering with Lowes and I am not pleased with the experience.

We bought this in 2022 brand new from Lowes. Well, we bought the first one. This is the replacement after the first one sounded like we were washing nuts and bolts. Got the replacement, this one worked decent for about two years, then the noise started. The same as the first washer, a grinding sound upon any turning of the drum. showed up broke

showed up already broken and then whenever I try to get it replaced they wanted to play games with the time frame and showed up before the time window and just left with the replacement so returning it— not getting another one.

Amazing delivery

I will buy more products just to get the delivery guys to come back. They were AMAZING. Literally, 10 minutes in and out and absolutely joyful people!

Fantastic delivery staff!

Angle and his assistant were fantastic. They met our every expectation and then some. The first load we ran seems properly clean. Unit is quite enough.

Do not buy Samsung

Non stop issues with not getting cold water wash. Had to deal with Samsung and came out and replaced valve and claimed they fixed it. Turns out they didn't. It has been a nightmare dealing with there service dept and possible no shows for repairs. I will never purchase Samsung ever again
