It also slowed down so as not to hit walls, furniture, exercise equipment. It precisely got to tight spots I can't do myself. Better than i thought

It actually slightly lifts on to a rug if you have hardwood/Carpet or rugs. It has to be a solid rug or it will just be pushed up on one side. Better Than Expected

Great floor cleaner.

Great floor cleaner. It actually polishes the hard wood floors. All the dog hair and dust is gone. Easy to empty the dust/hair collector.

Works well, but dies mid cleaning

I like this vacuum cleaner, but I am having problems with it dying mid cleaning. I have sent it back once and they repaired it, but we are having the same problem again. Wish I had chosen a different cleaner.

Excellent

I just replaced an older model of a Samsung robot and could be happier with the new one. It works great and it's not as loud as the other one. One less thank I have to do around the house.

Love it!

Bought this a few weeks ago and am loving it. A few things - it does not have power for more than an hour or so of function, which is disappointing. The remote doesn't allow for moving the unit backwards which can be an issue. Also, I need more of the barrier tape and I have not been able to find it anywhere. The amount provided isn't sufficient to block off a staircase. Overall, very happy with my purchase.

Disappointed

I bought this robotic vacuum for 2 reasons, one, it was rated #1 by Consumer Reports and 2 it was supposed to be good for pet hair. I have had numerous issues with the vacuum. Hair is constantly getting stuck in the bearing part of the roller. With no way to take apart the roller end to remove the hair, the bearing stops spinning. Buy an iRobot roomba

I bought one of these after having a roomba for a while. I wanted another robot for my upstairs and tried a Samsung based on the consumer reports reviews. Do yourself a favor and buy a roomba. This vac doesn’t ever complete a job. It misses entire rooms and large areas. It gets stuck constantly. We never have to. Do anything with roomba. It just does it’s job.

The opposite of a useful smart vacuum

I tried to love this thing, I love samsung in general (6 TVs, 3 smart locks, 2 vacuums, microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, phones, etc) but its awful. I own and am returning both the R7090 and R7065 today. I purchased them to make my girlfriends life easy, and she straight up told me they're making her miserable and I was feeling the same way 1) Frequently gets lost/cant dock. >80% of the time 2) Smash into things HARD. Great Robot Vac!

This robot vacuum is terrific! I had a different brand/model previously which worked fairly well on hardwood but really didn't do a thorough job on my carpets. My Samsung has much stronger suction (which does a much better job on carpets) and also follows a more methodical, "intelligent" path while cleaning so the end result is a better "clean". Great product ... great features!
