Horrible product

The robot only lasted about 1.5 years before the battery died. Replacement batteries are not available. I purchased 3 of these and all three eventually became e-waste. Do not purchase any Samsung products I sure won't.

Wheels started grinding after warranty period,

Bought it 2023 March, and after 18 months of usage, one of the wheel started making loud grinding noise and wheel wont move. Nothing struck in the wheel well, but makes really loud grinding noise. Contacted Samsung, Samsung said too bad out of warranty, you can create a repair ticket.
