Burning Smell

After 1 year 2 months of usage the washer suddenly failed during rinse with a burning electrical smell without reporting a code, which was not good. Now I can't use it again until it's repaired. It washes great otherwise despite lack of a soak option. But Samsung needs to get around the electrical flaw associated with these washer machines. I can't see myself repairing my machine or getting another Samsung washer as no other brand that i have used failed in this manner.

It functions exactly as advertised. I had the older model for 8 years before needing to replace it, so I went with the same thing again and do not regret it.

Different water heights is VERY handy

Holds very large loads of laundry. Can set water levels to diffierent heights depending on size of load. Liking having no center post very much! Spins water out of the load very well so clothes are not soaking wet when go into the dryer.

It’s been great- I was concerned about not having an agitator in the basin but it’s been producing clean clothes and staying in balance.

Switched from a fancy front loader because it smelled of mold. Really appreciate that this washer does a great job, has just enough wash options and is a space saver. Especially love that we don’t have to keep the door open to keep it from molding. Really hope to keep this one going for the long run.

Best replacement for our old one of 12+ years, simple to use. Forgot to request the Quiet mode version, but not loud at all. Very Happy with the installation and the crew who delivered it and picked up our old one. Arrival delivery time worked out well... EARLEY!!

I like that it plays a song when it's done. I also like that there's no agitator so there is more room and hoodie strings and all of that don't get wrapped around it.
