Would Not RecommendJust know that Samsung will find every possible way to not uphold a warranty. They will say 30 miles is too far for a product to be serviced by their technicians and they will conveniently leave out the part where that means, per the warranty, Samsung needs to replace the item. Well you can imagine how that process goes. Very lengthy and they give you the run around for days. Prepare to be without your appliance for at least a month if not longer.

large loads unbalance quickly with an impeller
Would Not Recommendbought this model in order to handle bedding better than old washer with an agitator. Works ok but unbalances quickly so you have to stop, reach in and shift the load in order to finish spin and drain cycle. Also there is no way to just have it spin only without a rinse. Works good on smaller loads so far

Too loud.
Would Not RecommendBought for a new home after having in another home. Cleans well. Usually just run on normal cycle with warm wash on auto water level selected. The washer is now on the main living area. It was in the basement in our previous home. 3 stars because it is very loud especially the drain cycle. The pump is obnoxiously loud and vibrates. Also seems to run dry for too long. I wouldn't recommend this unit because of this.
