Easy to use
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this machine for about 7 months now, it is a great product. It is easy to use and very energy efficient. The first time I used it was to wash each of my comforters and bedding. 1 at a time of course. The settings on the machine made it easy to use to wash the bedding. I have not used all the settings on the machine, I am sure they will do the job correctly when used.

Clean Clothes
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer for several weeks now and it does seem to get clothes cleaner. It is not silent, but is much more quiet than my previous machine. I use the steam cycles and the super speed cycle the most. Being able to control the washer from my phone is also a nice addition. I also like that I receive a notification when the wash cycle is complete.

Would Not RecommendThis is my second Samsung washer since November 2020. I bought my first as a set from Costco. We had it installed by one of their appliance guys.It started out ok, but was loud and shakey. It would move across the floor on the spin cycle. The loads were never over full or off balance. One day we heard a loud crashing noise and went in to see the washer in the middle of the room with water everywhere. A spring broke in half and I waited for weeks for the part.
