Excellent Washer with Steam Function

I love this washing machine. Not only does it have more settings but will memorize your favorite settings and default to it. The self balancing works very well too, but you still need to be mindful on not placing heavy items unless it fills most of the drum. I've used the steam often, it's great for whites and other items you don't want to use detergent. exploded

the inside split/exploded caused water damage. Haven't had a working washer/dryer since December!! Water damage from the washer. Samsung's case manager Shaunta is a nightmare to work with!! I've asked for a supervisor for months and still not one call. It took months for the washer to be picked up. Now I have to stress and fight for the water damage to be repaired. Save yourself the headache and get a different brand!!!

Broke in 6 months

I bought this washer and a dryer set in the washer only lasted six months before the bearing started going out. I love the washer until this happen and now I have a dryer without a washer, no Samsung would not fix it. All they wanted to do was waste my time on the phones for hours until they finally sent me a check for it. Yes, I got my money back for the washer after about five months however, I still have a dryer with no washer. I don’t believe I’ll never buy another Samsung product ever again...

Had defect

Only had one year. Second time gave us a problem. This time spilling water everywhere. Turned out to be a defect. Just waiting to get it picked up and refunded by check within 3 weeks. Good riddens.

Worst Purchase Ever

Its a beautiful washer, and HUGE.. IT HASNT WORKED FOR MORE THAN TWO MONTHS AT A TIME. 1st. No one in our area services Samsung so it takes a week or two for someone to come fix it. 2nd. Within 2 months our brand new washing machine was not working and it had locked all of our wet clothes in it. When the repair man came, he unlocked the machine, put in a new computer and ordered a new wiring harness. (Ours was frayed and broken by drum movement). A couple months go by. Beautiful and functional

I bought this washer and dryer set to replace an old Samsung set. This machine has Wi-Fi that can be turned off. I love the selection of cycles and that you can create your own settings for some of them. You can also remove cycles from the dial that you do not use. Lasted less than 2 years

Bought in June 2021, bearings went bad(800$) in September 2022(1 year 3 months). Their warranty lasts one year for a 1400$ appliance. That shows you what kind of quality they are outputting. When I talked to a technician they said not to buy Samsung or LG based on what they’ve been dealing with. I have to say I’m going to take their advice.

Horrible

This machine is simply horrible. Loud noise when spinning from the very first day. Two weeks into using it the drum gets so loose the machine does not work. Now Samsung says our purchase is out of warranty even though we bought the machine less than 20 days ago! Do NOT purchase.

I bought this unit (and the matching dryer) to replace my set destroyed in Hurricane Ian flood. I have never had such a mess! This washer has tackled and exceeded my needs and expectations! The sanitization and steam functions have worked miracles on all my laundry!

Horrible

Awful. Don’t buy and don’t waste your money. The quality of washing is horrible, it’s not cleaning anything. I was excited to update my 15 yo top load GE washer with this one and was extremely disappointed to find out that this washer doesn’t clean anything. It is not using any water and you cannot regulate water level, and as a result clothes come out half dry and half washed. I tried all cycles with the same pathetic result.
