It's new and we love it so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in December, it was delivered one week ago. The setup and smart features were surprisingly intuitive and simple to do. The burner spacing is pretty great over our previous model, and the oven is pretty spacious.

So Far So Good

The lady helping me was very helpful, professional and super nice. The guys loading my trailer were professional and courteous. The stove so far has been good. Haven't had any problems with it yet. The instructions for the stove are somewhat limited, but other than that everything else has been good. Can't complain.

Fire Hazard

The knobs on this stove turn so easily, it is truly scary. We have had multiple close calls with people just standing in the kitchen. We have a dish rag catch fire, not knowing the stove just miraculously turned on and many items on the burners burnt numerous times. It is a fire HAZARD. If you’re thinking of purchasing this stove do not.

The air fryer and the convection oven cook evenly.

The elements on the stove top and the oven heat very quickly.

Very nice looking range

I purchased this range for several reasons, the first being my previous range started overheating and I needed something more reliable. Next I liked getting the air fry feature even though I haven't used that yet since I've only have the unit for one week. And I like the idea of having the controls in front without the back panel - the look is more expansive and even though this is only a 30" range it looks wirder than the previous one that had a back panel. I finally got to upgrade to my perfect oven and this is it. It had all of the features that I wanted and a clean design.

Problems on day one

The cooling fan was defective on day one. Samsung keeps cancelling my tickets with no resolution. This is the last time I am calling Samsung. My next call will be to my bank to reverse charges.

It works great!

Love, love, love! I love everything about my new oven. It matches all of my Samsung appliances. It is connected to wifi so I can turn it on remotely (although I'm not sure why I would). It is easy to keep clean and it heats things up evenly! I love that the pots and pans sit flat on the cook top surface. It even has a cute chime. 😍

missing items

As always, Items I'd purchased were missing from my scheduled delivery. When calling Lowes to follow up, nobody would pick up the phone at the store where the purchase was made. Now I will have to drive 40 miles to that store to deal with this issue... This is the very last time I ever shop at Lowes for any items that require delivery.
