Lowes does not deliver when promised.

Great choice!

This oven has been great! It is really responsive and has awesome features. I was able to cook a whole chicken and a whole ham at the same time just on one shelf with plenty of extra room. I haven’t found the knobs to be any easier to accidentally bump than any other oven I’ve worked with.

Glass top stoves suck

We've had this installed for about a year. We were renovating and couldn't install it righted away. But with normal use, and being careful of how we place things on the stove... the top cracked. It's going to be more expensive to replace the top then it should be, as well as expecting it to crack again. Might as well buy a new one... and not a glass top ever again. Everything else works okay with it. there really isn't a "medium heat" or "low heat" setting though, if you put it on a 3-4 you...

Glass tops suck

I have had this installed for just about a year. It was working great, no extreme or harsh usage. Didn't smack anything on it... And the top is cracked... Just shows how quality is and has been going on anything... replacing it will be expensive.

Nice easy to use slide in range.

This range is easy to understand and heats properly. Oven portion has a bit of a strong scent during the first use, due to the insulation curing inside the oven walls. Then it functions like any other range long term. There are lots of options with this range with the air fry settings and such. Range top is easy to keep clean with ceramic cooktop surface cleaner and mild scrubbing pad.

The glass top scratched after 3 months and after self cleaning , oven was not even 1 year old the inside enamel peeled off .

not safe !

The look of this oven seems very seek and modern but when I got it home, I found it to be dangerous. The knobs turn on with the slightest of pressure. The oven is great but I keep turning it on or off with the slightest touch of my body. I have to keep it locked when I am not using it, Also when I set the oven on it is so easy to accidentally turn it off with just passing the controls.et alone there is no! manual to operate the stove. So many times I have not knowing ly turns the knobs on. I hav...

Oven controls are useless.

Cook top is wonderful, oven is useless. It shuts off whenever I open the door, but the digital display doesn't indicate that it has shut down. Took four hours to cook a turkey breast which should have cooked in 60 minutes at 400 degrees.

Glass Top not durable for actual use

Had this not a month yet, and it's already all scratched up with very light use. Very disappointed that it wasn't more durable. Nothing lasts like it used to anymore.

My stove was 14 years old, and I wanted to update. I really wanted a regular electric stove but could not find one in the size I needed. I ended up buying this Samsung smooth surface stove and have regretted every since! it really is a fire hazard. The dials turn on the cook top with the slightest touch. Wife loves new stove!

We have had a chance now to use all the features of the stove, and are very pleased with it. Some of the reviews have scared us a bit, but glad we made the purchase. We don't find the stove controls turn on as easy as described, also we don't have children in the house so not a concern. The stove is a perfect match with our Black and Stainless steel appliances. Samsung 30" Smooth Surface Oven #NE63T851

First, the oven itself cooks and bakes fine. My problem is, that there is a thin rubber strip on the bottom of the stovetop so when I take something out of the oven and slide it onto the cooktop, it gets stuck on the rubber strip. Second, I HATE that I can not change the time of day without downloading the SmartThings App! Why wouldn't you give us the option to set it manually directly on the oven!!? Not all of us need or want to be attached to our phones 24/7. It drives me crazy walking by...
