No good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot stand this junk stove. I regret not spending more and getting a better product. Only the fast burner is decent. The knobs are barely legible, they turn and move easily. The racks seem unsturdy and the food can slide off. This thing is junk. The only thing that’s “good” is it’s still working. I wish it would die and force me to buy a replacement.

Great Range.

Started using the range after settling in and it’s a joy. Easy to use, easy to understand and I can control it all from my phone. It heats quickly and evenly. A real pleasure to have.

Satisfied but looking for replacement cooktop knob

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our cooktop and stove. Our only issue has been the cooktop knobs. They are easily turned on even when you don't notice. Like if you brush up against it - it can turn on and something can burn on their and you not know until to late. We have just acquired the little plastic lock attachment that is supposed to keep it from happening. Our only issue know is we need two OEM replacement knobs since two of the knobs are broken. Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the stove for about a month now and we love it, there’s lots of features, it pre-heats quickly, it’s very modern looking, cooks evenly. The only con I could name is that the stove top knobs turn very easily and will turn on if you bump them by accident, other than that it’s an excellent product!

$2,000 Samsung Product didn't even make it past 18 months before the display died and the stove was rendered USELESS.

Smart oven and excellent all around range

I can assure you, it has been the best one I’ve owned. It is quick to heat up the oven and the stove top. It is beautiful in my kitchen and easy to keep clean. I love it.

Too much to handle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Too complicated to use. I have to pull out the manual if I want to do anything other than use the stovetop. Used the convention feature only once. We use a toaster oven rather than the oven except for large meals (turkey, roasts). Stove top is difficult to clean once it is dirtied. Would prefer the old fashion stovetop burners, with an oven and a broiler section..

Does not bake cookies properly

My wife has been baking cookies the same way in multiple ovens for over 45 years. We have had this oven for 3 years. The cookies always come out under cooked on the inside and overcooked on the outside. Very dissapointing

great stove

Only things I don't like are the knobs spin easily so you have to watch brushing up on them. The control panel also is easy to brush up against and change settings. 3 years in and working great otherwise......

Easy to use

FIRE and SAFETY HAZARD

I have had the same problem as many have stated here. I bought the same range less than 6 months ago and Samsung's recall solution is not a good one. I also bought a Samsung microwave that is defective and Samsung solution is "that is the way it is" I would not buy Samsung products. I would definitely listen to all the bad reviews across all the different platforms. Go to their Facebook book as well. You will see many complaints about their products. Trust the bad reviews.

Easy Use, hard to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had my stove for about 3 years now. The front left burner is amazingly fast with the rapid boil. The only reason I didn’t give 5 starts is because this doesn’t have the back part and it’s just a top vent it gets extremely dirty there and it’s hard to keep it clean.

Fire safety hazard

This range is stylish and does a great job in cooking, roasting and baking. The warming plate is a nice feature. However, I would not buy this again as the front mounted burner controls can be easily turned by just leaning on the front of the range. I have done this twice in the 3 years that I have owned it. Love this oven

Fire Hazzard!

I bought this range as part of set. I have experienced accidental activation of the range top burners. Samsung acknowleges this issue, but has told me that the range meets safety standards. They are trying to pass the responsibilty off on the consumer by offering a volantary recall. The recall consist of obtrusive and cumbersome knob lock rather than correcting the problem by replacing the knob system or range itself. They do not care about your safety, but are only trying to pass the respon...
